The Platinum 3776 Century OSHINO fountain pen is normally only available with a fine, medium, or broad nib, but the Nibsmith is proud to offer the Oshino in 7 different widths! Choose from EF, F, SF, M, SM, B, or Coarse (Double Broad). Each nib will be inspected, tested, and customized to customer’s preferences at no additional charge. The Coarse nib is one of the best candidates available on the market for achieving maximum line variation with a custom architect grind.
The 3776 Century line features the innovative, patented-pending “Slip & Seal” inner cap mechanism that prevents the ink from drying out in the nib for up to 24 months.

This was my first Platinum pen and I wasn’t disappointed in the least. The nib is smooth and responsive, and the overall look of the pen is beautiful. I especially liked the Mt. Fuji embellishment on the cap finial. The complimentary tune and smooth on the nib provided a glass smooth writing experience on par with pens in a much higher price range.

Received this pen with a custom architect grind, done by Dan himself. Incredible writer out of the box, he did a phenomenal job. Pen is awesome, and with the special grind specific to my grip and pen angle makes it a favorite right away. Wonderful buying experience, would highly recommend!
