The Platinum cartridge adapter allows the use of standard international short cartridges in Platinum fountain pens, which would normally only accept Platinum proprietary cartridges. The package includes the adapter and one standard international black cartridge.

Note that standard international converters will not fit inside the barrel of Platinum pens when used with the adapter.
