To cancel a pre-order:

If you’ve created an account, you can cancel your pre-order any time before the payment is proessed by following these instructions:

1. Click “My Account” in the upper right of the screen
2. Log into your account
3. Click the “Pre-orders” tab on the left side of the screen
4. Cancel your pre-order
