The Nibsmith is currently open for business. Shipping time for orders without nib customization or with the “Tune & Smooth” service is 3-5 business days. Orders with nib grinds may ship in 7-9 weeks or more. Communication by phone, email, and text may be delayed during this time but I will respond as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Please note that we are only performing nib adjustment and customization services on new pens sold through our site. We have stopped accepting pens mailed to us for nib work. We don’t have plans to start accepting mail-in orders any time soon.
