New colors: Yellow, purple, orange, bottle green, sand, purple, red, and green petrol.
These new shades are added to the colors already present in the last collection: Blue navy, white, vintage brown, gray and black.
Dry printed the sign “Leonardo’s wings” identifying the Leonardo Officina Italiana collections, the writing on the bottom arranged in a circular way.
The pen holder will fit all Leonardo collections, even the MZ Grande.

This is a really nice feeling pen sleeve. It’s well made but I’m not crazy about the color. I ordered purple and it looks more brown to me. If I had to rate the customer service, I’d give him one star. I inquired about my order shipment after the 3-5 days as it indicates on the website. My inquiry was responded with a snarky comment about his ships times. It does not say 3-5 business days, it simply says days. He indicated it would ship that day. I never received a shipping notification or tracking number. Needless to say, I won’t be purchasing from this establishment again nor will I recommend him to any of my fountain pen enthusiast friends.

I was very happy to find these here in the colors Sand and White, as they don’t seem to be in production from Leonardo anymore.
I ordered these and didn’t receive any kind of confirmation, which seemed strange, but the items showed up very quickly, and were of excellent quality, and the colors were great (one like putty and the other off-white and elegant [as opposed to white-white and cheap looking]).
Imagine my surprise when a few weeks later my ISP did a dump of JUNK mail into my folder on my Mac, and it turned out I had not one but THREE e-mails from this company that I’d never received or seen before, but they HAD in fact acknowledged my registering on the site, my purchase, and when the items shiped — I just hadn’t seen them (which is a problem with my ISP, not this seller, as the dates sent on the e-mails attest).
I’m not sure what happened but I had 38 “JUNK” e-mails dumped in my account overnight, so others who have complained about no acknowledgment of orders from sellers may have the exact same issue. I can definitely see the seller sent those e-mails and in a timely fashion, I just didn’t see them until today.
Anyway, I’m very happy with these Leonardo leather pen sleeves, and they work equally well for Leonardo’s original and Grande versions of the Momento Zero and Furore fountain pens.
The colors produced change over time and it looks like the color offerings have been reduced from what was available at one time in the past, so if you see one you like, my advice would be to grab it now while you can.
Overall I’ve been very happy with my experience shopping at nibsmith.com and would whole heartedly recommend this seller to others.
