Dan ground this to a needlpoint for me, and the grind is STELLAR. The FA nib is VERY soft, and provides an incredible amount of line variation. The nib is much more finicky than, say, Pilot’s soft extra fine on their Resin Falcon (another favorite pen of mine). The FA flexes with much less input, and because it’s so soft, it can go out of alignment easily if flexed beyond its intended design. I’ve had to fiddle with mine a bunch to get it to a place where I like it, but if you like playing with and adjusting the nibs on your pens, this one is great! I use it for writing and drawing.
